Established in 1998, NZCT is one of New Zealand’s largest gaming trusts. It distributes millions annually—$39.9 million in 2023/24—to support amateur sport, youth, arts, and welfare with locally-informed decisions via Regional Advisory Committees.
Pub Charity channels gaming proceeds from partner hotels and taverns back into communities. In 2023/24, it distributed over NZ$45.3 million nationwide, supporting sports, health, education, arts, and local initiatives across Aotearoa.
Kiwi Gaming Foundation started in 2011 as Christchurch Earthquake Recovery Trust, and now funds amateur sport, arts, and community initiatives in Canterbury, Dunedin, New Plymouth, Gisborne, Tauranga, and Lower Hutt. It gave over NZ$9.3 million in community support in 2023/24
